food good very goodtalk of the coast half price drinks
For the price a better standard than I expected. Very friendly hotel, staff were all helpful, the food was good and the cabaret was excellent. On site free parking is a huge bonus.
The bathroom was clean but not spotless, that is the only thing I can fault.
Viking hotel is a great place to stay the staff are freindly and some are helpfull but not all the artist could be b e a little bit better the rooms are exelent and spaceus clean towels ever day make u feel relaxed
entertainment at the hotel excelent
The location is great, with good food and entertainment.
The food and staff in dining room were excellent nothing was too much trouble entertainment great and the fact u could choose and book seats for the show was great and for large groups better still as seats could be booked together
From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The receptioninst was really helpful about moving tables in the Talk of the Coast - not everyone wants to sit right at the front, especially with a comedian!! The meals were really good, especially the breakfast. Buffet style and well cooked. The restaurant staff really look after you. The entertainment was excellent, especially oxygen.
We were there on a hot weekend and the hotel was very hot. The room was uncomfortably hot at one point. Although there was a heater there was no air conditioning and due to the location of the room no breeze from the window. The concert room was also very hot and although the air conditioning was on Saturday night it wasn't on Friday. A very good hotel slightly spoiled by the lack of a fan.
The entertainment is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Was not as impressed with the evening meal, it was standard and basic and not much choice. The meal was not sufficient, small portions which was dissapointing.
thought entertainment was very good, our waiter andy was first class and a gentlemen.
very good vaule for money food was good, hot, and very good service the roomsclean and well looked after i would return
The restraurant staff were excellent as was the food, a varied menu at night for dinner and the self service buffet breakfast was good as well. This was a child free hotel which was great as some parents forget that some holiday makers go for a rest and peace and quiet.
Too many stairs, if you are the least bit disabled this is not for you.
The staff were all very helpful and the food was excellent with plenty of choice.
The room was very clean, staff very helpful, and the food delicious.
We enjoy Blackpool very much and staying in the Viking hotel always is very comfortable and friendly, we think the food and entertainment is excellent.
Not much that we didn't like except we noticed a few nasty smells around the lift area also in the lift.
